SkyFactory 4 currently isn't an available option in the FTB modpack list, and there's no documentation for setting up SF4 on AMP.
Add SkyFactory 4 as a Feed The Beast modpack type for the Minecraft Java Edition instance

AMP gets the modpack list from the FTB developers, it's not something that AMP itself controls.
Installing any modpack manually though is the same process, download it locally, run the installer, upload the resulting files and run as normal. Roughly same as you would without AMP, so check the instructions for the particular modpack.
