ADS File Manager using 100 percent cpu, been an issue for a long time.
is there a way to disable it?, i have no need for it anyway
killing it in htop dont work but restart all instances trough ampinstmgr works

That's AMP itself. You should check what it's doing. Look at its logs, check the full process tree, etc.

i do have some servers turned off when not in use to save power
and its not repeating that when working fine
How is your AMP setup? Are you setting up remote instances on other physical systems which are being turned off when not in use?
Well i use ads controller to create instances on targets when theyre on. When there is low demand i shutdown servers that arent needed. This cuts the power usage 3 times. The price on power har increased by over 10 times and is still increasing where i live. I do not try to create instances on them when theyre off, and it wont allow me to do so either.

Yes.
This is not an issue I have encountered before, but I am thinking that powering off the servers has something to do with it.
