I am completely dumbfounded right now and I need your help.
I have been trying to set up a Minecraft server through amp and it sort of works, but i can not connect to it externally. This server is fully functional within my network. I have been trying for days now and cannot for the life of me figure it out. I have everything properly forded through my router and It is detectable on yougetsignal.com And CanYouSeeMe.org with both saying the default port for minecraft is open (Port 25565). I have tried to make an exception in windows firewall and even turned it off with no effect. I have done 2 reinstalls and have also done countless restarts. Every ip used for this server is fully assignmed so no problems with swaping Ips. I also atempted to put the local ip into my routers DMZ and this also had no effect. I believe this to be a computer issue and not a router issue. If you could help me with any solutions that would be great! Below is more info!
Internet provider - Spectrum
Router - Spectrum RAC2V1K
As an FYI i am running on a server that has 4 nics if that info would help
