Can't access Minecraft Java instance

OS Name/Version:

Amazon Linux 2, Kernel release: 4.14.146-120.181.amzn2.x86_64

Product Name/Version:

AMP 1.8.8.0

Problem Description:

On a fresh install of AMP on a new server, I can't access any Minecraft instances created via the Create Instance dialog

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create EC2 instance in AWS
  2. Install AMP following the CentOS / Fedora guide
  3. Assign a Security Group allowing the following TCP access:

Ports | IP

0 - 65535 | 127.0.0.1/32

25565 | 0.0.0.0/0

8081 | 0.0.0.0/0

8080 | My IP

22 | My IP

Actions taken to resolve so far:

Providing access to all ports from everywhere:

0 - 65535 | 0.0.0.0/0

seemed to resolve it, but I don't particularly like the idea of leaving my server accessible like that. I would assume there are more than just the obvious ports required to get all this working, but I haven't been able to find any information regarding this. Anyone have any advice?

Quick install,

sudo su -c "bash <(wget -qo-="" getamp.sh)"="" -qo-=""></(wget>

What happens when you try to access the instance? Also what is the default auth server URL set to?
