Can't login with my email to check my licence status

I ordered a copy of AMP about a week ago and i wanted to check the status of my licence key.

I have not been able to successfully login to the website. Everytime i go to login it says the following:

No such user

There are no users associated with this email address. Please use the email address you used during registration.

Can someone have a look at this for me.

If you paid by echeque the licence won't appear until the payment has been completed. Once PayPal send you an email saying its done the licence should arrive shortly after.
