is AMP direct affected by the exploit LOG4J?

Minecraft self is affected see: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/important-message--security-vulnerability-java-edition

No, it's not. AMP itself doesn't run on or use Java. We've already posted a notification about this issue in the Discord server.
