As the title reads, I still have the bug with the file manager and backups being blank. As I figured that would be patched in 2.1.0.12. The instance is an older upgraded one.

I had a similar issue, and ran this command from linux terminal - sudo ampinstmgr --nocache upgradeall
This helped me to get File Manager and all backups to show up.
