Getting stuck at Creating Instance

Dear Cubecoders Support Team,

I have just bought the AMP Web Panel system (Personal Edition) 1 day ago and I am having 1 problem that is preventing me from creating an Instance.

Useful information :

  • OS : Windows Server 2016

  • OS Ver : 1607

  • Product : AMP

  • AMP Ver : 1.8.3.2

  • Antivirus : Windows Defender

  • Firewall : Windows Firewall

Hardware :

  • CPU / APU : AMD Ryzen 2200g

  • RAM : DDR4 16 GB (Corsair)

The problem :

Everytime I try to create a new instance using AMP it get's stuck at creating instance.

What I did so far :

I have

  • Port forwarded the Port 8080

  • Disabled ipv6 temporarily

  • Disabled the Firewall temporarily

  • Disabled Windows Defender temporarily

  • Used an simple Administrator password without special characters

Try running 'ampinstmgr quickstart' on the command line instead.
