Moving AMP installation from Windows to Ubuntu

I have an AMP installation on Windows 10 which I want to move to Ubuntu. Is there a specific process for which files to copy and how to activate the new installation? Version is 1.9.6.4 and I'm only running Minecraft servers.

OS Name/Version: Windows 10 Home Version 1909 KB4552931

Product Name/Version: AMP 1.9.6.4

Problem Description: I want to move the installation to Ubuntu, with the same configuration.

Actions taken to resolve so far: I've looked but I haven't been able to find specific advice on moving from Windows to Linux.

First thing is to get up-to-date, you're quite a few updates behind. Otherwise it's just a matter of copying the datastore directory over, re-updating all of the instances and reactivating them. Taking a backup first of course.
