My Question is when it will be integrated in to AMP that we can install Mods and Plugins into the Satisfactory Instance like in minecraft Instances? It schould be posible for example on zap-hosting.com it already works.

You do it however you would without AMP.

But the Server also have to handle the for exemple New buildings and habe to sage them?

No idea, this isn't anything to do with AMP. AMP has no involvement with mods/plugins so you should consult whoever produced the mod on how best to use it.
