Put in license key, still says I only have 10 users

I bought the pro license key and put in in the configuration tab on my Linux-based MC server. Rebooted and all. The Status tab still says I only have 10 users max. If I look at the conf file in the file system, it says users is 1024. What do I need to do? Anything?
