Tweak AMP port assignment to be aware of its' own state

When you make new instances from the ADS GUI, they all offer the default AMP port to be the same 8080. ADS should be able to be aware of what AMP ports are already assigned to the installed instances, so you'd think it would be able to default to an actually available port, rather than always trying to overlap by default.

This is already implemented, it's just not in the shipping version of ADS (The Windows GUI instance manager already does this)

Cool. I'm using it in Ubuntu. Any ETA on that availability?
