User for instance

Hello,

We have problems for make a user for control one instance. I make the user from inside instance, but all times when I try login with that user I receive the message "No access to specified instance"

The user have a rol "Super Admins" inside the instance, I try login from the 8080 port.

What am I doing wrong?

If a user is created inside an instance then they can only log directly into that instance, not into ADS. Use the "manage in new tab" link.
