OS Name/Version: Windows 10 Pro 1903 running as a Hyper-V virtual machine

Product Name/Version: AMP v1.9.9.2 Factorio module.

Problem Description: When starting Factorio server AMP Core Runtime and AMP Console Assistant (32 Bit) peg the CPU at 100% Task Manager

Steps to reproduce: Install new Factorio Instance. After the initial download and install. Start the server. Once started the CPU will go to 100%

Actions taken to resolve so far: Factorio server runs outside of AMP through the command line.

Turned off AMP CPU monitoring, was looking for something that might keep AMP Core engaged.

Logs: If there is a better way to post them let me now Pastbin Logs

The nightly build of AMP no longer uses the Console Assistant for Factorio. If you update to that (or wait for the next release) the issue should disappear.
