+1 for this question, I see no response since 12.2018.
I can help testing module, have already working setup:
1. Run dedicated server at:
%GAMEDRIVE%\%GAMEDIR%\FarmingSimulator19\dedicatedServer.exe
2. Run the game itself:
%GAMEDRIVE%\%GAMEDIR%\FarmingSimulator19\FarmingSimulator2019.exe -server
3. Try to connect via public lobby

You can also run any application you like by using the Generic module.
