I would be happy if there were more options for Rust Server like zbs rcon setting and if there were a simple plugin installation page where you can install the umods with one click

Unfortunately there is no API to list umod plugins, so this isn't really feasible.

That's the modding API, not an API for getting a list of mods and where to download them.
